The variety and diversity of contact lenses has truly become overwhelming. Many patients ask the telling question “What is the best contact lens?” The answer has always been “The one that works the best for you.” There is no one size fits all philosophy in a quality contact lens practice.

It is the philosophy of our office to determine the most appropriate individualized contact lens design for every patient. To be successful a contact lens must meet three basic criteria: quality vision, excellent comfort, and good long term health of the eye.

We can meet your contact lens needs if you are NEARSIGHTED, FARSIGHTED, or just wish to eliminate your BIFOCALS. We provide every manner of DISPOSABLE lenses, both DAILY and EXTENDED wear, from those replaced each day to those replaced every 90 days. With recent advancements in technology and contact lens designs we can even fit a variety of soft contact lenses on almost any amount of ASTIGMATISM. TINTED lenses just for fun (to alter or enhance the color of your eyes) and to provide critical vision are also available.

Dr. Schneider has always gladly accepted the more difficult to fit contact lens patients. We have at our disposal a full bank of contact lens designs to meet the more challenging cases including GAS PERMEABLE, BIFOCAL, KERATOCONIC, and TORIC designs. Dr. Schneider brings nearly three decades of study, research, and clinical experience to his patients and each case at hand.
